Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Tablet, Galaxy Book 2-in-One Hybrid Launch

Launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and Samsung Galaxy Book. Both tablets come with S Pen stylus. While both will support the Pogo keyboard cover. But just the Galaxy Book is a 2-in-one tablet hybrid. The Galaxy Tab S3 Android 7.0 runs on Nuaga, while the Galaxy Book runs on Windows 10.

The company has not yet disclosed the price and availability of these devices. Speaking of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, this new Samsung tablet has a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048x1536 pixels) super amoled display. And it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB RAM.

There is 13 megapixel rear camera with flash and video recording of 4. The front camera is 5 megapixels. The phone has 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be increased to 256 GB via microSD card.

This tablet is Wi-Fi

Available only in ONLY and LTE variants. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and USBb 31 Type-C ports. The dimensions of the Galaxy Tab S3 237.3x169x6 millimeters and the Wi-Fi only variant weighs 429 grams while the LTE variant weighs 434 grams. This tablet has been given accelerometer, fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, geometric sensor and RGB sensor.

This is the first Windows to-in-one hybrid device that comes with S Pen Styl support. The company launched this hybrid device in two screen sizes of 10.6 inches and 12 inches. There is a difference in certain specification of both variants. The 10.6-inch display has TFT technology and has full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels). While super amoled technology has been used in 12-inch display and has full HD (2160x1440 pixels) resolution.

 The book has a dual-core seventh generation Intel Core M3 processor that runs on 2.6 GHz. The 12-inch Samsung Galaxy Book has the dual core seventh generation Intel Core i5 processor running 3.1 inches. The 10.6-inch variant has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB and 128 GB inbuilt storage. In the 12 inch variant, there is a 128 GB internal storage with 4 GB of RAM. Whereas 256 GB of storage is provided with 8 GB RAM.

While the 12-inch variant has a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 5-megapixel webcam, both devices have USB 3.1 Type-Si ports, although 12-inch variants have two ports. The small variants of Wi-Fi only variants weigh 640 grams and LTE variants weigh 650 grams. The large variant's Wi-Fi only and LTE variants weigh 754 grams. Small variants have 30.4WHR batteries while large variants have a 39.04WHR battery. Dimensions of both variants are 261.2x179.1x8.9 millimeters and 291.3x199.8x7.4 millimeters respectively.

 Both the Samsung Galaxy Book variants can be expanded to 256 GB via the MicroSD card. In addition to connectivity, there are Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS in addition to LTE. Also there are accelerometer and an ambient light sensor.
